Dr. Shell graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990.  He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Fellowship trained in Pain Medicine.  Dr. Shell is also certified in Age Management Medicine through Cenegenics Medical Institute.

Dr. Shell has a special interest and additional training in medical aesthetics.  He has treated patients with Botox for cosmetic and medical conditions since 1995.  In 2007, Dr. Shell received additional training in Juvederm as a non-surgical option for smoothing facial wrinkles and folds.  He has treated patients using sclerotherapy since 2000. Dr. Shell does all injections personally.

As medical director, Dr. Shell supervises our paramedical aesthetician who performs IPL, laser hair removal, and chemical peels. 

Karisa joined our staff in August 2009.  She and her family moved to Longmont from southeastern Colorado, where she and her mother operated an award winning Day Spa for 18 years.

Karisa has been a Colorado licensed aesthetician since 1994.  She has received specialized training in laser hair removal, IPL, permanent cosmetics, electrolysis, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and professional skincare products. 
Karisa is excited to introduce herself to new clients by doing what she does best: Inform, Perform, and Transform.  She can Inform you about our many treatment options, Perform these treatments in a soothing environment, and Transform you inconveniences into effortless beauty and personal rejuvenation.

Maureen Condie is our front office administrator, and has been with our office since 2007.  She has experienced first hand many of the treatment options offered at our office, and will be happy to schedule your appointment or consultation.
